The Montclair Foundation Board is responsible for the governance of the Foundation's property (the Van Vleck House and Garden) and the management of its investment funds and its grants program. The Montclair Foundation Board of Trustees
Aubin Z. Ames serves on the board of the Schumann Fund for New Jersey and is a past President of The Montclair Kimberley Academy Board of Trustees. She has served on the boards of the Montclair Public Library, and the Junior League of Montclair/Newark.
Lissa Barrett is an active community volunteer who also currently serves as the Finance Chair for the Garden Club of Montclair. She has served as President of the Junior League of Montclair/Newark, as Treasurer for the United Way of North Essex, and on the Executive Committee of the Montclair Art Museum’s Volunteer Council.
Carl Culbreth is co-owner and President of Preserv Building Restoration Management, Inc. This historic restoration and preservation firm includes Carnegie Hall, the G.E. Building, and the Woolworth Building among its clients. He chaired the Van Vleck House & Gardens Board of Management in 2001.
Emer Featherstone is the owner of a local financial services firm. She serves on the boards of Bloomfield College and Senior Care in addition to the Montclair Foundation. A founder of the South End Community Day Care Center, she is also a former Junior League President.
Barbara S. Fox is a Montclair attorney. She has served on the boards of the Adult School of Montclair, the Montclair chapter of the American Red Cross, and the Montclair Volunteer Ambulance Unit.
Peter Frank is the Senior Managing Director of the GSC Group, an investment firm headquartered in Florham Park, NJ. He has served on numerous professional and volunteer boards, including the boards of Bloomfield College and the Winston School.
Gordon A. Hunziker, is Vice President in the Professionals Group of Valley National Bank (Wayne, NJ). He has been active on the Van Vleck House & Gardens Board of Management and chaired its Long Range Planning Committee.
Susan Jones formerly worked in the development office of The Montclair Kimberley Academy. She has served on the boards of the Montclair Art Museum, the Parents’ Association of MKA, the Montclair Adult School, and the Van Vleck House & Gardens Board of Management.
Leslie M. Krauter is a former advertising account executive who has served on the Volunteer Council of the Montclair Art Museum, the Junior League of Montclair/Newark, the Parents’ Association of The Montclair Kimberley Academy, and the Upper Montclair Business Association.
Fred Langbein is the Chief Operating Officer of Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP, an international law firm. He is currently a trustee at the Montclair Art Museum, and serves on the vestry of his church.
Laura L. Phillips is an active community volunteer who formerly worked as an investment banker. She has served as President of the Parents’ Association of The Montclair Kimberley Academy, as a trustee of MKA, and as a board member of her church.
William H. Pike is a retired managing director of JPMorgan Chase Bank. A former trustee of the St. Barnabas Hospital Corp. board, he has also served on the boards of the Human Needs Food Pantry in Montclair, and the St. Barnabas Center for Hospice and Palliative Care.
Jerome E. Raymond, Chairman, is President of Datamation Systems, Inc. in South Hackensack, NJ. He is Director and former Treasurer of Preservation of New Jersey and former Vice Chair and Grants Chair of the New Jersey Historic Trust.
Kristen Terrio, Vice Chairman, is the current Chair of the Van Vleck House & Gardens Board of Management. She has also served as President of the Junior League of Montclair/Newark and on the boards of Senior Care Activities Center and The Elysian Symphony Orchestra in Hoboken, NJ. She is an active volunteer at Montclair Kimberly Academy and is the co-leader of a Girl Scout Troop.
Judith C. Turner, is an honorary member of the Van Vleck Board of Management and an active community volunteer who has served on the boards of the Garden Club of Montclair, the Presby Memorial Iris Gardens, the Mental Health Resource Center, and the Montclair Chapter of the American Red Cross. |
